The Acadia University Art Gallery presents exhibitions that represent new directions in contemporary art or art of historical interest.

The gallery director curates exhibitions in-house and brings in exhibitions from artists and other institutions.

Individual artists or curators may also submit proposals directly to the art gallery.

Submissions must include the following:

curriculum vitae, selection of images (either jpegs or slides, max 15), and a statement of 250 words describing your intended project. Proposals can be emailed directly to gallery or sent in the mail (include return postage).

There are two deadlines for submissions  November 30 and April 30.  The exhibition committee will then review all proposals, this process can take up to 8 weeks.
